I fell in love with craft beers back in the early 90’s, mainly Full Sail. Visiting Hood River on a regular basis gave me plenty of opportunities to visit the (then small) brewery. And over all of these year, the love for micro brews has never faded. While managing restaurants back in the day, I had the opportunity to bring in different beers from additional NW Microbreweries, including Grants, Pyramid, Deschutes, and Red Hook. I have had a love and passion for good food and beer and that’s why I want to open an above average brewery.

Years back, a friend introduced me to home brewing and I was hooked. I began crafting all grain batches of beer styles that I loved but could never find locally. Pilsners, Belgians, and Saisons were (and are) among my favorites. My brewing philosophy is simple…craft great beers that bring friends together.

What’s your dream vacation destination?
Dream vacation would be a trip thru Europe, starting in the Bavarian region of Germany and
moving up thru Belgium…or a beach in Indonesia.
