Awannaweizen Bavarian Style Hefeweizen

An unfiltered Bavarian style wheat beer made with German grains and hops. Our Hefeweizen is fermented a little warmer to enhance the clove and banana esters from the yeast, common the German style Hefes
DAYS PAY IPA
ABV 6.5 IBU 56
An easy drinking golden IPA made with Simcoe and Citra hops and a generous amount of white wheat. We named this beer after the B-17 bomber that was funded by the Hanford workers who donated a “Days Pay” to pay for the plane’s construction.
BLUE LINE PALE ALE
ABV 5.5% IBU 44
An easy-drinking pale ale with a rich malt profile balanced by a strong but manageable hopping. A touch of bitterness on the end just to keep it real. This beer is named as a shout-out to our Men and Women in Law Enforcement. THANK YOU!
RANGE FINDER IPA
ABV 7.6% IBU 91
Pacific NW 2-row and wheat make up the bulk of this beauty, finished with El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. The 91 IBUS are tamed nicely by a bold malt flavor…but don’t be fooled, the bitterness is still there to let you know you are drinking an IPA.
LOU DOG RED ALE
ABV 5.5% IBU 33
Our version of an NW Red (similar to an amber style). Not too sweet with a nice balance of hop flavor and aroma, complementing a rich malt body.
MIKE DROP HAZY IPA
ABV 7.4% IBU 47
Our take on a New England-style hazy IPA, though we added a few more hop additions in the Northwest tradition. Sabro takes center stage in this one…Creamy mouth feel. Contains lactose Juicy and fruity touches of tropical fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and coconut. Slightly sweet finish with very mild bitterness.
BISHOP’S BLACK OP STOUT
ABV 5.4% IBU 36
Dark and delicious. Lactose and cocoa were added to create this deep, rich chocolate and coffee-forward beer. Pours with a balance of sweet and bitter…just like my wife!
